Terra L. Fletcher, professional speaker and nonfiction author, started her first business at 15 and was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012. She studies communication because she knows she can do better and enjoys helping others do the same. Terra learned some of her best communication tips the hard way but hopes you don’t have to.
